One thing is certain. Change will continue in this millennium. In all likelihood, the next 5 years will be filled with many more changes than the post decade. Managing your business in the midst of these changes is exciting for business people that are upgrading and using the internet to do their businesses.
To manage your business effectively in this millennium you will need to exercise initiative and assume personal responsibility for the life-long development of your skills, knowledge and expertise. In addition, you will need to balance your life to meet both work and personal responsibilities.

2 STEPS TO MANAGE YOUR BUSINESS WELL

1. Be sure that you understand your natural strength, not just learned strength. Using your natural strength is a matter of good stewardship. Many people confuse their learned strength (based on education and work experience) with their natural strength (God-given)
2. Write a business focus summary statement, this makes you tell others what you do best. It also helps you make better decisions when considering business opportunities.
3. Be very creative, try and make new things that will make your business special from other businesses, if you think about what you ought to do for people to see a new thing they have not seen in other businesses, your business shape will really change.
